About Zak

Zak Smith has worked in the real estate industry since 2013 and has been a native of the Charlotte area for over 20 years. He got his start in real estate by assisting with the development of a luxury apartment building in Chapel Hill, NC. From there, he expanded his real estate experience by assisting residential real estate investors acquire properties in a highly competitive market. Experience since then includes selling high profile properties, helping first time home buyers, and assisting with land acquisition. Zak graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Interpersonal Communication and Entrepreneurship. With this, he is able to have a more comprehensive understanding of his clients' needs and has the ability to assist them on a higher level. Zak considers it a privilege to be able to enter into a dialogue with people that have goals of buying, selling, or investing in real estate and uses his passion for the business and his commitment to his clients to ensure a smooth and positive transaction.
