About Webster

Emmy Webster relocated to the Sandhills in 2001. She accompanied her husband of 30 years through his international career which allowed her to study business at Heidelberg University in Germany, the American University in Egypt and the Webster University in Switzerland. Before her real estate career, Emmy worked as an advertising executive in London. She also speaks Spanish fluently as well as conversational French. For the past 16 years, the Webster family has enjoyed calling the Pinehurst area home. Emmy enjoys volunteering at the O™Neal School and Episcopal Day School and is also an active member of the Southern Pines Garden Club. Recognizing a promising real estate market in the area, Emmy has been an active real estate professional for the past 15 years. A Certified New Home Specialist with a Realtor Certification in residential construction, and a certified Military Relocation Expert, she is also a member of the Realtor™s Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Homebuilders Association. Emmy has twice been a member of Keller William's ALC (Agent Leadership Council) a leadership council for the top 20% agents at the company. When she is not showing prospective clients around the area, Emmy and her husband, Colin, enjoy working together to design, build and sell homes through their company The Ascot Corp, LLC.
