Tim Hearne is a proud North Carolina native with a daily passion for his environment and an immense appreciation for his surroundings. Born and raised in the charmingly small town of New Bern, NC, Tim soon found his way to Wilmington, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Cameron School of Business. After a brief stint as a small business owner directly after college, Tim dove head first in 2015 into the world of New Construction. For the past 10 years Tim has managed the successful start and closing of over 200 single family and multifamily homes, numerous master-plan community launches, and model home builds - eventually closing out his New Home career with a 3-year tenure at a top 5 national builder. Tim obtained his real estate license in the spring of 2025 and wasted no time making the transition from high volume production to general brokerage. Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to the home buying and building process, having deep rooted relationships with local municipalities, developers, and builders alike - Tim looks to bring an added layer of knowledge and expert communication to every real estate transaction. Along with an extensive background in the local Real Estate industry, Tim is also an avid surfer, outdoorsman, and golfer - but his real passion is simply being lucky enough for he and his wife to call eastern North Carolina home. He hopes to give every client an opportunity to live in a place like him - where they can build memories for life.
