When I began my career in real estate one of the first things I did was sign up for volunteer opportunities at the Association. Becoming an active volunteer for committees helped me better develop my skills as a Realtor®, improved my understanding of the Association and solidified my desire to work with fellow Realtors® to create positive actions. I’ve always looked for opportunities to serve my community and to make a difference. Whether developing small businesses, managing departments for a major corporation, volunteering or leading a Congressional Office, I’ve always focused on improving processes, understanding the issues and finding solutions. I believe any past team member or client I’ve worked with will tell you I am committed to giving it my best in every endeavor and I will not rest until I complete my commitments. Throughout my career, I’ve taken the time to focus on the numbers and analyze the right path. Prior to real estate my responsibilities included developing business plans and budgets. I’ve also worked with teams to analyze budgets and find ways to improve processes to hit financial goals when budgets were shrinking and margins had to be met. I believe my financial and analytical experience guides me as I work with each client to advise and assist in making the best decisions possible as they buy or sell a home. Since becoming a Realtor I’ve guided and assisted hundreds of clients and investors in buying and selling homes. I’ve been in Charlotte for 14 years and lived throughout the area. I’ve been together for 15 years to Mike Johannes and I’m the proud Mother of a 11-year old daughter, Zoe.
