It’s her unique background that gives her a leg-up in the Charlotte real estate market. Baskerville moved to Charlotte in 1999. Prior to moving to the South, she received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Iowa. Upon graduation, she and her husband Matt moved to Charlotte, where she worked in the medical field for several years. After starting a family, Baskerville and her husband chose to invest in real estate. Since then, her interest in the field has steadily grown and the transition to practicing real estate full-time is something she has found greatly rewarding.
