I’m Stephanie Neftzer, a Realtor® with Real Broker LLC serving Mooresville, Lake Norman, and the surrounding Charlotte area. I believe every home is part of a bigger story. Before real estate, I spent my career in senior living, where I learned how meaningful it can be to help people navigate major life transitions. When I sold my own home, I experienced firsthand how much goes into making a move—from the excitement and possibility to the questions, uncertainty, and big decisions. That experience sparked something in me, and I knew I wanted to help others through their own transitions. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving to a new area, selling a home filled with memories, downsizing, upsizing, or simply wondering what your next move should look like, I’m here to help you figure it out. My approach is simple: real guidance, honest communication, attention to detail, and no unnecessary pressure. I want my clients to feel informed and confident—not rushed or overwhelmed. I’ll explain the process, help you understand your options, negotiate on your behalf, and be in your corner from the first conversation to the closing table. After moving to Mooresville, I’ve fallen in love with the Lake Norman area and the communities that surround it. I especially enjoy helping people discover not just a house, but the neighborhood and lifestyle that actually fit them. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to my daughter, and I love exploring local spots, spending time around Lake Norman, and building a life in this community.
