A Tampa, Florida, native and alumnus of St. Petersburg College, Stacy Scotland has been working in real estate for many years. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® and the Charlotte Regional REALTOR® Association. Prior to her career in real estate, Stacy successfully started and developed Scozia IFS, an independent insurance agency servicing the Tampa Bay area of Florida, in 2008. As an entrepreneur owning her own business, she cultivated a sales team to take the company over in 2015. Stacy's background in business development and negotiations opened the doors to providing real estate investments leading into luxury residential buying and selling representation. Now calling Charlotte, NC her home, Stacy understands real estate is a lifestyle. She has a diverse experience platform that allows her to help buyers and sellers in all situations.
