About Sean

Born in upstate New York (Rochester), and transplanted to Raleigh, NC in 1992. Sean moved to Pinehurst in 2009 for the small town feel and to be closer to his parents, while raising his family. Sean’s passion for residential architecture, landscape design, business, and horticulture has been prevalent since junior high. He pursued these interests by completing business, horticulture, and drafting courses throughout high school, then by attending North Carolina State University for his B.S. in Horticultural Science, and a Minor in Business. After graduating in 2005, Sean immediately jumped into a business venture opportunity; cofounding a small pharmaceutical/biotech company with his father, which caters to a niche market in the first stages of Drug Discovery. Sean was highly instrumental in growing/sustaining the business. Sean has played many important roles within the company – from field service engineer, to marketing and sales, to logo and branding, and managing tradeshow booths and materials. Sean also played a major role in two, scientific U.S. Patents; which the company now owns. Clients include leading Pharmaceutical companies, Biotechs, Universities, and other vendors in the industry. He’s communicated and networked with many Lead Scientists, Directors, Vice Presidents, and CFOs/CEOs. He is commended by many clients for being understandable of their individual requirements and being dedicated to their needs. This business venture has abled Sean in traveling all over the United States and internationally.….his favorite destinations thus far - Torrey Pines in San Diego, CA and Pebble Beach, CA. Due to his continuous entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for residential architecture, landscape design, business, and putting the clients’ needs first, in 2011, Sean pursued and earned his NC Real Estate license and joined the REALTOR® Association – A career which is able to encompass all his professional interests. Sean’s service is above and beyond the call of duty, which extends well past the close of escrow.
