My name is Savannah Holman. I have a background in small business ownership, non-profits and an extensive portfolio with 13 years in sales, marketing and large account management. I am excited and proud to be one of Coldwell Bankers' Global Luxury Realtors and elite luxury specialists.  I started in Real Estate with a passion and dream to make relocating easier for others.  When my husband and I relocated to Hampstead, NC it was anything but "easy". As a military family, relocating is far too familiar however, when you have an agent who understands the timelines and active stressors of relocating, especially on a military timeline, it can makes all the difference in the world in making it a positive experience and move!   In the past few years, 90% of my business has been generated by people moving from out of state. I truly love every minute of it! Connecting others and helping someone adjust and create life in a new place, is something I really get excited about!
