About S. Diane

I obtained my NC Real Estate Broker’s license in 1992. I was the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Lady Di’s Properties from 1994 to 2006. Currently, I am the owner and Broker-in-Charge of The Real Estate Specialist. During my real estate career, I have assisted clients with locating and selling residential real estate, financing and the closing process. I manage and help tenants locate residential rental property and assist developers with land development and subdivision approval. I have taught real estate and business courses to undergraduate college students at Saint Augustine’s University since 2001. I became a Real Estate Pre-licensing Instructor in 2006. One of my future goals is teaching real estate pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses at The Real Estate Specialist Education Center.
