About Ronda

Being licensed in North Carolina and Virginia, I am dual licensed, I strive to be an excellent choice for those considering a move or a second home in the "Outer Banks" as well as Virginia and the surrounding areas. I try to have a level of service that is top notch – I will also pick you up in Knotts Island and boat you over to Carova Beach to check out properties and put you up for the weekend in one of our cottages so you can find the perfect fit. I have served various types of clients over the years, from luxury vacation homes and investment properties on the beach to helping others transform small farmettes into large equestrian training facilities. I gained a strong work ethic early on, growing up on a cattle ranch in Leitchfield, Kentucky with my first true love, horses. I have always loved the ocean, but now living in North Carolina, I have the best of both worlds; water and horses. In my spare time, I serve my community as a firefighter as well as assist those in need with off-road recovery work; a much-needed service in a 4-wheel drive beach town.
