For the past 8 years, Rick Dean has called the Raleigh area his home. Originally from central Virginia, Rick has lived most of his life in the eastern part of the United States. He has been a resident of, and has owned businesses in, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. A member of the National Association of Realtors, Rick works mostly on residential real estate; however, his experience in retail and being a business owner has given him an incredible knack for negotiating commercial real estate deals. And although he has a tremendous amount of experience working with renovations, it is still his favorite part of being in real estate!
