Ramon “Ray” Munroe, a Real Estate Broker for Carolina Realty Advisors, is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. Ray was born in Jamaica and moved to South Florida with his family at the age of 5. Watching his parents work hard to provide for he and his younger brother and sister instilled in him the character and strength to do what it takes to achieve his goals. An opportunity in North Carolina brought he and his wife to the Charlotte area in 2008. Ray entered into the real estate industry as an agent in South Florida in his early 20’s, and found he had natural success in this career. Over the past 2+ decades in the real estate industry as a real estate salesperson, manager or in an affiliated capacity, he has employed a great variety of resources, skills, knowledge and that “Do what it takes” attitude to help countless customers and clients attain their goals.
