I am a full-time real estate broker in the Charlotte, NC metro area with over 25yrs of sales experience. Prior to real estate, I worked at General Electric for 14 yrs. The experience of working in a corporate environment has given me the ability to work with people in various capacities, which has led to my success as a real estate professional. I hold the CRS Designation (Residential RE Council - less than 7% of agents hold this), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), the Certified Distressed Property Specialist (CDPE), as well as the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Designations. I'm an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor (ASP) and a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club & the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. I've been awarded Charlotte Magazine's Five Star award for 17 years which less than 1% of agents hold in the Charlotte area. I have worked for RE/MAX since becoming licensed in 2001. Originally from Southern Ohio, I grew up on a dairy and tobacco farm. I'm married and have two children & two granddaughters, our daughter Jess & her family live in SC, our son Baileigh is an entrepreneur and commercial land specialist in SC.
