About Pinkie

Pinkie is a native son to the great state of North Carolina. Originally from the country roads of Iron Station, Pinkie planted his roots in Charlotte with his mom after the unfortunate passing of his father, Pinkie Sr. It was then that his love for real estate began to grow. Yearly trips to Home-A-Rama and Parade of Homes planted seeds deep beneath the surface that wouldn’t germinate until his adult years. While in undergraduate and graduate school, Pinkie studied exercise science. It wasn’t until he began working in his degree field that he discovered the many similarities between the human body and the houses we live in. This prompted a move from fitness to residential maintenance and remodels. In the last 7 years, Pinkie has become a trusted general contractor managing every aspect of residential construction. Now, Pinkie is a dual threat in the real estate market, helping clients on all sides of the real estate spectrum, whether it be buying, selling, renovating and updating, and flipping.
