Phillip, or Phil as he is known by many, is a veteran Real estate Broker based in Western North Carolina. Phillip was born and raised in Asheville and lived in the area his entire life. Understanding what it's like to live in the area and enjoy these mountains and all they have to offer comes easy for him. Phillip was educated in the Asheville City School system, graduating from Lee H. Edwards now named Asheville High. He attended Cecil's Business College for business and Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate for his Brokers License. Phillip holds the following designations: The Accredited Buyers Representative, the Seller Representative Specialist. the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, the Certified Listing Professional and the Certified Real Estate Negotiator designation. This training enables Phillip to better understand both buyers and sellers needs in a transaction and close it with mutually agreeable terms. Phillip has a very large family and enjoys spending time with them doing lots of different things and traveling to see them. He also enjoys coin collecting, car shows, limited day trading, lots of reading and meeting new people every day, which is his favorite thing to do.
