Pat has been licensed in residential real estate brokerage since 1978, starting off in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. She and her husband, Bob, moved to New Bern in late 2000, and received her North Carolina license in 2001. In 2006, Pat and five other agents purchased stock in Neuse Realty, Inc., and she has served as Chairman of the Board ever since. She has served as a member and chair of the Professional Standards and Grievance & Ethics Committees and has high standards of ethics and professionalism.
