I’m Nick Rust, a real estate agent with Salt & Soil Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty. I serve buyers, sellers, military families, veterans, and property owners throughout Jacksonville, Onslow County, Camp Lejeune, and the surrounding Coastal North Carolina communities. Before entering real estate, I served for 18.5 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Radio Operator, Radio Chief, and Communications Chief. My military career taught me the importance of discipline, accountability, clear communication, and remaining steady when the stakes are high. Those same principles now guide the way I serve my real estate clients. I understand the pressure that can accompany a PCS move, a military relocation, or the purchase or sale of a home near Camp Lejeune. My goal is to make the process easier to navigate by helping clients understand their options, anticipate the next step, and make informed decisions without feeling rushed or left in the dark. I also spent three years performing paint and body work on motorcycles and cars. That hands-on experience developed my eye for craftsmanship, condition, repairs, presentation, and the small details others may overlook. I bring that practical perspective to property showings, buyer consultations, and conversations with sellers about preparing their homes for the market. I work with clients in Jacksonville, Richlands, Hubert, Sneads Ferry, Swansboro, Holly Ridge, Surf City, and communities throughout Onslow County and Coastal North Carolina. When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy gunsmithing, working out, training in jiu-jitsu, and spending time at the beach.
