I enjoy assisting people; I have been in Customer Service field in the past 20 years. This has extended into my Real Estate Business where I strive to exceed my clients' expectations. I managed a Health Coaching Business in the past 5 years, with the focus on providing excellent Customer Service. Prior, I was Customer Service Associate for 12 years, where I was trained extensively in offering exceptional Customer Service. Earlier to this, I worked as Shift Manager for 4 years, I was trained in offering outstanding customer service to our patrons. I am confident that with all the Customer Service experience, as well as being awarded the four different Customer Service certifications in the past 20 years, including the most recent E-Service Real Estate Customer Service certification which I gained from Howard Hanna Real Estate University, I will offer excellent services to all my Real Estate clients, whether you are buying, selling or investing. What sets me apart is that; I always take the time to learn what matters most to my clients and apply their feedback to serve them well and exceed their expectations. My goal is to offer exceptional services to my clients, to make the process as smooth as I reasonably can, whether buying, selling or investing. Every client is more important to me, not just a number. I always have a personal touch guided by the Bible ~ So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.
