About Monica

Real estate has been a natural part of my journey for more than 10 years. My career in Property Management actually began unexpectedly when I applied for a part-time Office Manager position with an independent owner/broker who managed her own properties. What started as a job opportunity quickly became a passion for working with people and helping them find the right solutions for their real estate needs. Over the years, I discovered that I especially enjoyed showing properties, meeting prospective tenants, and finding the right people for the rental homes I managed. Those experiences taught me that successful real estate is about much more than property—it’s about understanding people, listening to their needs, and creating the right fit. My experience has also given me the opportunity to help people through challenging situations. I have sold land and helped sell a home for someone facing foreclosure. In one particularly meaningful situation, I helped prepare a home that had become overwhelmed with belongings due to the homeowner’s age. I personally brought together a crew of friends who spent months helping transform the property and get it “seller ready.” Seeing that transformation—and knowing I helped someone move forward during a difficult time—remains one of the experiences that reminds me why I love what I do. Today, as a Real Estate Agent, I bring that same dedication, resourcefulness, and personal commitment to every buyer and seller I represent. I am results-oriented, organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. I use a customized checklist based on each client’s individual needs and work with a team of professionals to help ensure that every detail is addressed.
