About Megan

I’m a small-town girl from Sneads Ferry, NC, raised in a shrimping family and a close-knit community. Some of my favorite childhood memories were made on the water, doing homework on the side of a shrimp boat and growing up surrounded by the people and places I loved most. After graduating grade school and business school, I traded my days on the water for a career in vacation rentals. I spent over six years welcoming guests who were discovering the area for the first time and those who returned year after year to their home away from home. I loved being part of the experiences and memories that brought people back, and it gave me a true appreciation for what makes a place feel special. From there, I expanded into long-term property management, gaining a broader perspective on caring for homes and the people who live in them. With my background in property management and a lifelong connection to coastal North Carolina, I’m excited to bring my experience, personality, and love for this community into real estate. I believe a home is about so much more than four walls—it’s where life happens, memories are made, and new chapters begin. Whether you’re buying, selling, or searching for your next chapter, I want to make the process feel personal, enjoyable, and a little less overwhelming.
