About Matthew

Matthew Sawyer is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a minor in Business. While at Loyola he played all 4 years on the mens lacrosse team, and was a part of the 2012 National Championship Team. After graduating Matthew came back and began pursuing his career in Real Estate. At the same time he worked in the family HVAC business, installing, servicing and running various jobs. In what little free time he has, Matthew is also an assistant lacrosse coach on Cape Fear Academy’s Varsity team. Matthew is excited to now be a part of the Coastal Realty Associate’s. With a love of the water and fishing, being in Hampstead / Wilmington, NC is a great fit! Matthew would love to help you buy or sell your home.
