Thank you for considering me as your agent! As a licensed North Carolina home inspector, I offer my clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home. Having evaluated hundreds of properties from the inside out, I bring a trained eye and a deep understanding of a home’s condition. This insight helps my clients make confident, informed decisions before submitting an offer or listing their property. Originally from upstate New York, I relocated to Raleigh in the early 2000s. After spending more than half my life here, I like to think of myself as “almost” a local — just with northern roots. My professional background includes building custom decks and screened porches, as well as experience in restoration and hospitality. In 2013, after the birth of my first son, I made the decision to become the primary caregiver for my children so my wife could focus on advancing her career in cybersecurity, while I continued working evenings in hospitality. In 2022, I founded MARVinspect LLC, and transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next step — allowing me to combine my hands-on construction knowledge and inspection expertise to better serve my clients. I am deeply committed to those I work with and will always go above and beyond to position you for success.
