I worked for over 10 years as a licensed CPA for Coopers & Lybrand and GE Capital before getting my real estate license in Connecticut. My family and I moved from Connecticut to NC in 2006 and I am now a NC licensed Realtor. My experience in financial services is a benefit to my clients. As a trained CPA I am meticulous when preparing CMA's for sellers who want to list their home or for buyers who are interested in purchasing a particular property.
