Malin Larsson, MBA is a professional, licensed REALTOR® who is committed to excellence when it comes to her clients. She is born in Sweden, and moved to Raleigh, N.C. in early 2000's. Malin has sold real estate for many years and has lived in the Raleigh, Cary and Durham (RTP) for almost 15 years which allowed her to know the area very well, as well as local market trends, regulation and policies. After obtaining her MBA at a prestigious Lund University she spent some time raising her family. She always maintained a strong interest in real estate and the opportunities that the real estate field has to offer to the folks who want to buy or sell their property. Malin focuses on the purchases and/or sales of primary residence, second homes and investment properties. She utilizes her strong attention to details, and exerts her innate consideration of her clients' needs and concerns.
