About Lydia

Hi! Thanks for meeting with me today and I wanted to give you my story so you can see who I am and who you would possibly be working with through this transaction. My experiences in law enforcement and customer service have inspired me to serve others with their real estate needs. I am an active law enforcement professional, having served since 2016, and I am also a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, North Carolina, home of Fort Bragg. I strive to make the home selling as smooth and stress-free as possible for my clients. My goal is always to work in my clients best interests and ensure they feel comfortable, confident, and supported, knowing I conduct all business with professionalism, honesty, and compassion. My values and work ethic were shaped while growing up on a farm in Richburg, South Carolina. I earned a softball scholarship to the University of South Carolina Lancaster, where I completed my associate degree, and I continued my education at USC–Columbia. I graduated with honors with a double major in psychology and criminal justice, along with a minor in sociology. I completed the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and worked for several years as a patrol deputy in both South and North Carolina. During my career, I assisted with special operations involving crimes against children and undercover narcotics investigations. I have worked alongside agencies including the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, the Secret Service, the FBI, NCIS, and Homeland Security. I am currently serving my local community as a patrol officer again with hopes of pursuing a specialized position one day with my agency. Family, service, and community have always been important to me. I currently live in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my chocolate Lab, visiting my parents in South Carolina to spend time with their horses, reading mysteries and science fiction, cooking, lifting weights, and riding motorcycles. I am an avid rock climber as well and can often be found on my time off climbing at Triangle Rock Club in Fayetteville or Raleigh. Causes close to my heart include the Green Beret Foundation and Stop Soldier Suicide. Helping others—both professionally and personally—is at the core of everything I do. Buying or selling a home?
