Luisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from NC State University. Luisa began her career in property management back in 2008. She enjoyed it so much that she decided to become a Real Estate Agent in 2015. After several years as a real estate agent, she became a broker and started her firm Sister's Realty NC. Luisa is also a Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur. With her sister Kenia Pereira she owns several companies like Sister's Tax, as well as several residential and commercial properties.
