Originally from north central Ohio, I graduated magna cum laude from Ashland University with a degree in mathematics education. I have been a proud Catawba County resident since 2000. After relocating, I enjoyed a successful 14-year career with a Fortune 500 telecommunications company where I worked in customer service, marketing, and pricing. The skills gained helped me transition to my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Boyd & Hassell. I am a strong believer in superior customer service, and it comes very naturally to me. I believe the main component of superior customer service is timely and accurate communication, and I clearly understand the value that you, the client, place on such communication.
