As a native North Carolinian and Triangle resident of 26 years, Lee is excited to bring his knowledge of the area, extensive network across the industry, and passion for real estate to Coldwell Banker Advantage. With 10 years of restoration experience, Lee brings a depth of experience to the real estate process from the combination of his project management work with homeowners and subcontractors. Lee property managing his own rental properties, and becoming a real estate agent was a natural progression. Whether you are buying or selling, relocating or investing, Lee is ready to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When Lee isn't helping his clients, he is spending time with his wife Sarah, their son Reece, and his two dogs (an English mastiff, Walter and a blind rescue dog, Rosalie). He rarely turns down the opportunity to attend a concert or a local sporting event, and enjoys weekends in the NC mountains at his family’s cabin.
