Hi! I'm Kristin Duncan of Keller Williams Professionals Realty! I was a 20 year Florida resident before I found my dream home in Black Mountain, North Carolina. I moved to Central Florida from Southern Illinois to pursue a career in management with Walt Disney World Resort. After spending 9 years with the company, I transitioned to real estate after I bought my first property and felt drawn to the business. My goal is to bring the highest quality Disney service experience into the real estate field. Over the last 10 years, I have acquired several successful short-term and long-term rentals, flipped multiple properties and became a homeowner. I seek to share my experiences with my clients and friends, enabling them to build wealth, and most importantly, a better life.
