Kristi Whitaker is a Realtor/Broker licensed in both SC and NC. Having lived in SC for more than 40 years--and Fort Mill, SC since 2002--Kristi knows and loves this part of the world! She shares her expertise with buyer clients as she searches for the homes that suit their needs, their budgets and their lifestyles, and with seller clients as she guides them in preparing the house to sell, provides professional pictures and measurements, and markets the house to the most qualified buyers possible. Her passion to help others led to her background in wellness education and health/life coaching, perfect training grounds to nurture her intrinsic love for people from all walks of life. "Home is where the heart is," and Kristi's greatest desire is to help her clients locate homes where their hearts will thrive! Kristi loves to exercise, travel, read, enjoy dinners out and meet friends for a glass of wine and good conversation. She lives in Fort Mill with her precious family: husband of over 20 years, three handsome sons, and two spoiled pups!
