I’ve called Fuquay-Varina home for over 20 years, where I’ve raised my three boys and built deep roots in the community. While I work with clients across the Triangle, my local expertise in Fuquay-Varina and surrounding towns like Angier, Willow Spring, and Holly Springs gives my clients a true advantage when navigating today’s market. As part of Coldwell Banker HPW, I’m proud to be based in the Downtown Fuquay office—right in the heart of the community I know and love. Growing up as an Army brat, I understand firsthand how important it is to find a place that truly feels like home. That perspective shapes the way I work with every client. Known for my approachable nature and ability to connect easily with others, I’ve built my business largely through referrals from past clients, which I consider the highest compliment. I take a thoughtful, individualized approach with both buyers and sellers and am known for being honest, responsive, and straightforward—never sugarcoating the process, but always looking out for my clients’ best interests. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my boys and our dog, Champ. I’m a big baseball fan and on a mission to visit every MLB ballpark, having already checked off most of the East Coast. When I’m not at a game, I love being near the water, enjoying live music, and keeping life simple with good conversation and a laid-back vibe.
