Kris relocated to NC in 1985 to attend college at Elon University where she was on the Deans List and inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame. After living in NC for 4 years of college, “I realized this is the best place in the world to live”, and has been here ever since. Kris and her husband Dwayne started Chatham Homes Realty in 2005 and have never looked back growing into the largest firm in Chatham County with it’s top agents! Kris has won many awards for Quality Customer Service and instills it in all her agents.
