Kimberlee L Rosenburgh BIO Ms. Rosenburgh entered into the Real Estate industry in 2011. Working for Dynamic Asset Management as a Human Resource Consultant in the asset management business she became drawn to the fast paced, always changing real estate profession. After over 25 years in the Human Resource field, with brokerage firms such as Trans Western Cary Winston, she decided to move into real estate sales and obtained her license to practice in 2014. Ms. Rosenburgh has worked and continues to work for US Developments as their Broker in Charge for North and South Carolina representing clients in land, commercial and residential transactions. Ms. Rosenburgh has lived in Charlotte since 2011. A native New Yorker, she has lived in the southeast for over 20 years. Ms. Rosenburgh believes in giving back to the community and donates her time to InReach, Inc., an organization that supports and empowers individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Charlotte and surrounding communities. Organizations such as InReach are important to Ms. Rosenburgh as she has two sons, Erik and Brandon, with Developmental Disabilities. In her spare time, Ms. Rosenburgh enjoys tennis, workouts, reading and music. She is also an avid football fan!
