Hi, I’m Kim Cotton with RE/MAX Southern Coast, proudly serving Brunswick County and Coastal North Carolina. I specialize in coastal communities including Southport, Oak Island, Bolivia, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Shallotte, Leland, and surrounding areas. From vacation homes and investment properties to new construction and relocation, I help clients understand not just the house, but the lifestyle that comes with living here. Before real estate, I spent 17 years working at Cornell University managing graduate programs, where organization, problem-solving, and helping people navigate major life transitions became second nature. Those skills still shape how I work today. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), I bring both professional expertise and local knowledge to every transaction. I’m also proud to be part of the RE/MAX Southern Coast team and recognized among Brunswick County Real Producers Top 300. Most importantly, I truly love what I do.
