Hi, I’m Kay! I was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC, and spent a few years in Wilmington before it was time for our family to plant roots. It didn’t take much convincing to find our way back to Jacksonville—it’s home. When we’re not in Jacksonville, you’ll usually find us in Surf City. My husband is a boat builder and a Scotts Hill local, so being on the water has always been a big part of our life. My love for real estate goes beyond beautiful homes. I have a genuine passion for financial literacy and helping people use real estate as a tool to build long-term financial stability and generational wealth. That’s especially true for first-time homebuyers. When I’m not working, I’m usually decorating my house for the next season, hunting for my next thrift find, watching a good movie, or talking someone’s ear off. I’m a people person through and through, and I love beautiful homes, good conversations, a little Southern charm, and making people feel at home. With my love for design, deep roots in Eastern North Carolina, and passion for helping people build a future they’re proud of, real estate felt like a pretty natural fit.
