About Katie

Katie was born and raised in Dayton, OH but after meeting her husband, an Asheville native, at The University of Tennessee, she quickly fell in love with the south and found the mountains calling her home where she has now resided for over 20 years. Katie’s experience in the real estate industry goes far beyond buying and selling. Together with her husband, a general contractor, Katie has built over 30 spec and rental properties. She has spent the last 10 years helping clients with their real estate needs all over WNC. Outside of work Katie finds enjoyment giving her time to the Boys and Girls Club of Buncombe County, Eblen Charities and the Henderson County Education Foundation. In her spare time, Katie loves going to the gym, hitting the golf course and traveling with her husband and two boys.
