Raised in Sylva, North Carolina, Katie J. Wangrin moved to Asheville in 2006 to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of North Carolina Asheville. Wangrin began helping friends, family, and clients with their real estate journeys in early 2015. During her 9 years (and counting) career as a REALTOR®, Katie has served on multiple committees and boards to further real estate agents' ethical practice and community involvement in Western North Carolina and across the state. She was elected to serve as the youngest president of her local association, encompassing 2,000 members in 105 years. In 2022, Katie was named the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® - REALTOR® of the year. An Asheville resident since 2006, Katie is a keen member of the mountain community and enjoys the music, food, and showing clients the best of Western North Carolina!
