In my 23 years of being an investor and Realtor, I have personally owned 17 rentals and sold millions of dollars in real estate for others. On the fun side of things, Kathy loves to hike in the beautiful NC, TN, and VA mountains. I have hiked about 550 miles of the Appalachian Trail already and it is on my bucket list to hike Kilimanjaro in 2024. That strength and determination that no doubt stems from being the youngest of nine children, has not only taught her how to stay prepared and overcome obstacles …but how to be grateful for each opportunity.
