About Julie

As a Massachusetts native, I enjoy the warmer climate of North Carolina, living in and loving the Lake Norman community. After many years of working in the emergency communications field for the second largest city in New England, I acquired a unique negotiation skillset that is beneficial in the real estate industry. I also developed a strong sense of community awareness and appreciation, which I bring with me in all aspects of my life. I formed a creative marketing sense while working in the local art and music industry. Having married a musician, I’m happy to leave the spotlight to him, while helping out behind the scenes, creating all concepts and imagery, promoting the music on social media and in print and negotiating business contracts. In my spare time, the most important thing is friends and family. I have a creative passion and love teaching my children how much fun it is to create things on your own, for themselves and for others. I’m married to a very supportive husband and have been blessed with three great children that drive my success and work ethic. These are all qualities that I bring into real estate, which is just as much a passion as everything else.
