In 2003, I earned my California Broker’s License and founded MJB Real Estate Company in Temecula, CA. From there, I expanded into both commercial and residential real estate, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the unique needs of buyers, sellers, and investors. During the 2007 market downturn, I gained valuable experience working with foreclosures, which led me to expand into residential property management. This added another layer of expertise, allowing me to better serve clients looking to protect and grow their investments. In 2018, I obtained my North Carolina Broker’s License and opened an office in the Charlotte Metro area, based in Marvin, where I continue to serve clients today. In 2025, I further expanded my reach by earning my South Carolina Broker’s License, allowing me to assist clients across multiple growing markets. Today, I specialize in residential sales, relocation, and property management throughout Southern California, North Carolina, and South Carolina. My approach is built on experience, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to personalized service.
