About Genevieve

Genevieve Williams has been a successful REALTOR for over 15 years. With over 350 lifetime transactions, Genevieve is ranked as one of Charlotte’s top producing agents. Genevieve moved to Charlotte, NC, in 2006 from her hometown of Jacksonville, FL. She is a graduate of Elon University, where she received a BSBA – Concentration in Marketing. After graduation, Genevieve decided to launch a career in real estate. She began selling new construction homes with a Fortune 500 company, giving her a solid sales foundation and extensive construction knowledge. Her success quickly led to Sales Management of more than 20 agents, closing over 500 homes a year. Despite her success, Genevieve’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to leave the corporate world and enter Charlotte’s competitive real estate market in 2008. Taking her expertise and business skills from the corporate world, Genevieve navigated a challenging real estate market during the recession, and built a business that allowed her to consistently be one of the Charlotte's top agents. In 2019, Genevieve made the decision to break out her top producing team, and form her new boutique firm, GW Real Estate. Genevieve brings more than 15 years of experience to her firm, along with a proven consistent sales track record of more than 15 million per year. Genevieve’s vision is to create a seamless experience for her clients by simplifying the real estate buying and selling process. Using the latest technology and innovative marketing strategies, she provides her clients elite service and results. A client-centric view has always driven her business. Genevieve sees each client as a long-term relationship, not a short-term transaction. When not working, you’ll find Genevieve out and about with her boys; husband Adam and their two young sons. Adam Williams is partner at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, a top commercial real estate firm based in Uptown Charlotte. When not talking shop, you’ll catch the Williams at ball practice with the boys, at home entertaining with family and friends, or taking a break from it all back in Florida where Genevieve grew up.
