Erich Hahne formed SouthPointe Realty Inc. in 2000 and has been active in commercial and residential brokerage, construction, development, and investment ever since. Prior to venturing into real estate, Erich worked for Bank of America in commercial lending. He holds an Economics degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Erich’s many years involved in all aspects of the real estate transaction has enabled him to assist Clients in understanding the overarching concerns and goals in real estate decision-making. Erich holds Real Estate Licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina.
