Eloni currently serves as Director of Brand Engagement, working to keep the team tightly aligned with the Sotheby's International Realty global brand's latest initiatives and best practices. She partners with agents individually as well as collectively to help them leverage tools and resources to elevate their business, beginning at the time of their onboarding process. She brings a diverse professional background, helping her to easily adapt to the ever-changing real estate world. Prior to becoming a licensed NC Broker and joining Landmark Sotheby's International Realty over a decade ago, she established a proven track record managing operations at the executive level in industries ranging from mental health, to equities trading, to rehabilitation medicine. Her focus is service excellence and growing productive working relationships, which create the foundation for success in any endeavor. Eloni graduated summa cum laude from Pace University followed by graduate study at Iona College and NC State in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology. During undergrad, she spent a year studying abroad in Spain and had the opportunity to explore 11 countries in the EU. Originally from New York, Eloni enjoys Broadway shows, a good museum and an authentic deli sandwich. In her down time, she loves RV camping and exploring the great outdoors with her husband, children and their dog.
