Prior to joining the Allen Tate Company as a Professional Development Specialist and licensed Realtor®, I started my career as a branch manager in retail banking. My position had a strong focus on relationship building, customer service, sales, credit, lending, coaching, training, and mentoring. This experience gave me unique perspective, insight, and a solid understanding of all sides of the real estate transaction, allowing me to exceed client expectations while guiding them through every aspect of buying or selling their home. Additionally, my experience coaching and mentoring, along with a passion for technology, has prepared me to successfully help improve the quality and productivity of our agents’ business through the adoption and utilization of the latest in available tools and technologies. After nearly two decades of working directly with people, I have learned a lot about what it takes to be successful in business. I understand the importance of providing the highest levels of service, respect, and professionalism to everyone I interact with, whether it is a client, customer, colleague, or vendor. I am a confident leader that can perform at a high personal level while motivating others to succeed.
