About De

De, a native of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, received her bachelor’s degree from Belmont Abbey College and her master’s degree from Strayer University. For 22 years, De has lived in Charlotte, where she and her husband have bought and sold both personal and rental properties in Charlotte, Mt. Holly, and Gastonia. After almost 17 years working in the global mobility field, she decided to utilize her knowledge of real estate and international mobility to help clients relocate to Charlotte and Gaston County. Because she’s moved several times herself, living in Maryland, North Carolina, and Germany, De is uniquely qualified to help families with both local and international moves. She is also well-acquainted in strategies that help real estate investors locate properties that will be profitable. As a member of the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council, she stays abreast of what’s happening in the relocation industry through local forum discussions, information exchange, and education seminars regarding the relocation industry. She is also a member of the Carolina Regional Realtor Association and NC Association of Realtors. And she holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designation, which identifies professionals involved in the employee relocation arena and trains them in global workforce mobility. De’s passion is to help buyers find homes that check all the boxes for the lifestyle they aspire to. One of her greatest joys is seeing the face of a happy homeowner and knowing that she was a part of the process that made it possible. Knowing a home is often a person’s biggest asset, she will be there every step of the way to ensure it’s both a good investment and a home they truly love.
