With more than a decade of experience in real estate, I bring creativity, energy and a unique combination of skills to my clients. I live in North Asheville and am so proud to call Western North Carolina my home. My family and I moved to the area to be near family and a community of close friends. We feel rooted in these beautiful mountains and deeply appreciate this community’s incredible ability to bring its love of art, music and food into all aspects of life. I’m so grateful to raise my son around these people and in this magical place. I sold residential real estate in Northern California, in one of the most competitive markets in the country, for more than a decade, with over $104 million in real estate sold. My greatest concern is the satisfaction of my clients, which I believe includes the results as well as the process. Whether we are engaged in selling your current home or purchasing your next one, we are working with a portrait of your life. This includes comfort, security and sanctuary. Your portrait must also be unique to you and your needs. I appreciate working with each and every client as an opportunity to engage in a project that is both financially sound and intimately reflective of them. I bring a fine-tuned sensitivity and design perspective developed through my work prior to becoming a real estate agent. I’ve been a professional photographer, carpenter, interior design consultant, and art consultant at one of the largest photographic galleries in the world – often for luxury clients. The talents I refined through these experiences inform my ability to prepare a listing for the market and judge what will appeal most to buyers. What makes a buyer fall in love with your home over another often comes down to a simple creative change. Discovering and highlighting that intriguing element is one of my favorite aspects of this work. I will help you achieve the best price possible.
