About Cory

Cory grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York. He relocated to western North Carolina with his wife Courtney in 2004. He began working with a successful mountain land development team, helping to create private mountain communities in Burke, McDowell, and Rutherford Counties. The most rewarding part of his 19 years in real estate are the hundreds of friendships he's made with clients who he's helped become mountain neighbors. He loves the outdoors, especially hiking the endless peaks of the Blue Ridge & Smokey Mountains. That's usually where you'll find him on his days off, often joined by his chocolate lab Ruby, and occasionally dragging along his wife and 2 children.
