Real estate has been my lifelong passion. On weekends, I enjoy visiting new developments and open houses, as well as driving around to observe market trends. I came to the US to pursue a M.S. degree in Systems Science at State University of New York. After I graduated, my husband and I decided that we wanted to move to a warmer place to raise our family and found North Carolina to be just what we were looking for . I initially worked as a Software Engineer at IBM-RTP, however after 15+ years of IT job, I then decided to finally do what I love - whether it's selling your home for it's maximum worth, or helping you and families find the perfect home. Experience: Having lived in Raleigh for 3 years, Cary/Apex for 6 years, Chapel Hill for 6 years and Durham for 3 years, I am very familiar with the Triangle area and can easily point out major development changes. Furthermore, due to the experience I have gained from my own home renovation projects, I can provide tremendously valuable in-depth insights to help you through the inspection and entire process. "With you all the way" is my philosophy when I working with my clients. For the Community: I am actively involved in community service in the Triangle area for several years. I was Dean of academic affairs for the 300+ students of Raleigh Chinese School. Most recently, I joined Asian Focus as the program coordinator with the goal of helping individuals and their families overcome cultural and language barriers and better acclimate to American society.
