Charlotte is a hard working, diligent agent committed to finding the perfect home for her buyer clients and the best deal for her selling clients. She is friendly, outgoing and dedicated to helping others. Charlotte is deeply rooted in the Greensboro community. She was born and raised in Latham Park of Greensboro. Having spent most of her life here, she knows the city and it’s residents well. She considers herself lucky to have a front row seat in watching the city she loves grow. She is excited to show her clients all that the Triad has to offer, whether they are new to the area or natives likes her. Before entering Real Estate, Charlotte earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Greensboro College. She then became a nanny and household manager to many Greensboro families. She happily served in this role for 13 years. Having spent so much time helping people care for their families and run their households, she has the unique perspective of knowing that a person’s home is their sanctuary and recognizes how important having the right home is to a person’s happiness, well-being and prosperity. In her free time Charlotte loves spending time with her husband Ron and their newborn son. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, tennis, and yoga, is involved in many philanthropic endeavors throughout the community and is an active member of her church.
